Strobel “Paul” Boatner, 54, of Lake Village and formerly of Clinton, Miss., died Monday, Jan. 10, 2022, at his home. He was born July 16, 1967, in Vicksburg, Miss., and was a member of Oak Grove Freewill Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Mary Cawley Boatner.

He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Sheila Martar Boatner; one son, Robert Jessup Boatner of Pearl, Miss.; one stepdaughter, Amanda Brown of Lake Village; and two sisters, Madonna Wright of Satartia, Miss., and Amanda Gail Capps of Pearl, Miss.

Visitation will be Thursday, Jan. 13 from 1-2 p.m. at Bishop-King Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 2 p.m. officiated by Bro. Phillip Payne. 

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
