Paul Howard Vencill, 66, of McGehee, died Jan. 17, 2022, at his home. He was born in Pine Bluff on Dec. 30, 1955, and attended Hillsdale Freewill Baptist College. 

He served in the Marine Corps from 1975 to 1977, was a member of J&H Hunting Club, and helped coach community peewee football and baseball.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward Vencill Sr. and Virginia Gregg; two brothers, Scooter Vencill and Kenneth Vencill; and two sisters, Jennie Marie Womble and Nancy Gibbs.

He is survived by one son, Christopher Paul Vencill of Hensley; one daughter, Virginia Lorene Vencill of McGehee; and two sisters, Lynda McLaughlin of College Station, Texas, and Jackie Morgan of Houston, Texas.

Graveside service was at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 21 in Graceland Cemetery in Pine Bluff with Bro. Phillip Payne officiating. 

Arrangements were by Bishop-King Funeral Home.
