Mini MASH (Medical Applications of Science for Health) is a one-week summer enrichment program for students who have completed 10th, 11th or 12th grades and are interested in pursuing a medical career. This year’s Mini MASH will take place June 5-9 at Chicot Memorial Medical Center from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The program teaches youth about health career opportunities, offers the time to shadow a healthcare professional, certifies the students in CPR and First Aid, features hands-on activities, and more!

Students must be a resident of Chicot County and possess a minimum GPA of 2.75, completed Biology, and committed to attending the full one week to apply for this program. All details can be found on the Mini MASH application, which can be obtained in the counselors’ offices at Lakeside High School, Dermott High School, Cornerstone Christian Academy, St. Joe Catholic School, and Washington School or on the Chicot Memorial Medical Center or UAMS East Regional Campus Lake Village Facebook pages.
