A car accident in Eudora on Monday morning claimed the life of a 29 year old man from Texas.

According to the Arkansas State Police initial crash report, Carlterrial Brown of Arlington, Texas was driving north in a 2009 Ford truck on U.S. Highway 65.

The accident occurred around 7:30 in the morning.

The report says that Brown’s vehicle left its lane of travel, struck a culvert and came to rest in the northbound ditch.

The report does not say what caused the accident, but does note the weather conditions as foggy.

The accident was the 35th fatal accident in the state so far this year and there are now 37 fatalities on record.
